Each project is staffed with a
fulltime onsite Construction 
Manager who is outfitted with a mobile office and access to our
cloud based management software. They are dedicated to oversight of day-to-day activities and are responsible for the work of subcontractors & crews, managing the schedule & budget, as well as communications with the 
homeowner & design team.   

The owners & experienced leadership team play an active role in the oversight of each project.  Regular visits to job sites and involvement in progress meetings ensure the Architect's and homeowner's overall vision is realized. The field team is supported by talented office staff who track the logistics of insurance, purchase orders, lien releases, and our transparent billing statements.
