Founder & President
With over $60M in completed custom residential work over his career, Dave plays an active leadership roll and directly oversees our custom home projects. He is actively engaged in the industry through national conventions and peer groups and was recently recognized by Professional Builder Magazine who named him one of the top 40 Builders Under 40 for 2018.
Chris' background in Architecture is paired with his extensive knowledge of financial management for the custom luxury construction industry. While overseeing sales, marketing, operations, & forecasting, Bayview has grown rapidly.
Director of Construction
Recently serving as the past President of the MBIA Remodeler & Custom Builder Council, Rich's diverse planning remodeling background brings industry connections and a vast knowledge base to guide all our projects & resources.
Tim’s background in business and economics give him the assets to accurately determine the cost of a proposed project. His field experience allow him to see the building process from paper to reality, with a keen understanding of modern materials & methods.
Jen’s ability to document and streamline processes has upgraded many of our systems, from cost coding to purchasing. She helps bridge communication between the field & office teams so everyone has access to the same information.
Brenda’s organizational and Quickbooks knowledge ensures our payables and receivables run smoothly. Her front office skills engage with many people while maintaining important relationships with our valued subcontractors and suppliers.
Special Projects Manager
With a degree from Towson University Allison started in a supporting role and has quickly learned and grown. She currently heads up our Special Projects division taking on smaller remodels while servicing our past clients maintenance needs.
With nearly 40 years of construction experience there is not much Steve hasn’t seen. He has extensive knowledge of site work & framing with a keen eye for the important details.
Over the past 8 years, Chad started as a carpenter and moved into Construction Management. His dedication to craftsmanship & pursuit of knowledge is second to none.
Neil had experience in commercial improvement & residential restoration prior to his 9 years with Bayview, where he leverages his strengths for good planning.
Shawn’s background in finish carpentry & painting gives him a unique perspective of the finished result. His positive attitude fosters great team relationships.
Taylor has been with Bayview since inception. His 20 years here gives him a diverse background in every phase of carpentry from complicated framing to delicate finishes.
Jeff’s journey with Bayview began 10 years ago. He has worked in numerous important roles starting as a carpenter then working up to Construction Management.
Richard’s unusual path started in accounting, then into commercial millwork. This experience is perfect for overseeing both the numbers & the fine craftsmanship.
Bruce enabled Dave’s start in construction, working on his framing crew 25 years ago. Bayview is fortunate to have his extensive construction experience.
Darrell started on high end millwork for large yachts, then Project Management on large commercial sites. He now applies these skills to high end residential homes.
Working with his son Dave for over 18 years, Rick has fulfilled nearly every role for Bayview. He now keeps all our vehicles & tools working at peak performance.
Working with her husband Dave, Julie manages our social media efforts and supports many important aspects of the business including marketing, service, and production departments.
