With over $60M in completed custom residential work over his career, Dave plays an active leadership roll and directly oversees our custom home projects. He is actively engaged in the industry through national conventions and peer groups and was recently recognized by Professional Builder Magazine who named him one of the top 40 Builders Under 40 for 2018.

With a degree from Towson University Allison started in a supporting role and has quickly learned and grown.  She currently heads up our Special Projects division taking on smaller remodels while servicing our past clients maintenance needs.

With nearly 40 years of construction experience there is not much Steve hasn’t seen.  He has extensive knowledge of site work & framing with a keen eye for the important details.

CRAFTSMEN

 

From our custom residential framing background, the rough carpentry, exterior finishes, interior trim, and custom millwork skills are the building blocks of our foundation. This experience gives us the ability to self-perform and not subcontract critical tasks in order to maintain a high level of control. Our Construction Managers are often hands on for key aspects of a
 project’s implementation.

QUALITY SUPPLIERS

SUBCONTRACTORS

 

Proven subcontractor & supplier partners are also critical to successfully producing projects on time and on budget. Experience, capability, attention to detail, and response time are all evaluated when building the best team for each project. We go to great lengths to ensure our subcontractors work at the same level as our employees. We have had positive relationships with most for many years.

WOODSHOP

& EQUIPMENT

 

We own our own building in the design district of Annapolis with offices, woodshop, and  equipment yard. Having an extensive production facility allows us to fabricate custom millwork, and store materials within easy reach of our projects. Our Construction Managers have tool stocked company vehicles, and have access to our own earth moving equipment whenever they are needed.
